The rental agreement is month-to-month. Either the landlord or tenant may terminate the month-to-month tenancy by providing at least 30 days' written notice, subject to any additional notice periods, extensions, or protections required by Nevada law. APPLICATION AND SCREENING: All adult applicants are evaluated under the same rental and screening criteria. Qualified applicants are subject to credit and background screening conducted in accordance with applicable federal and Nevada law. Any screening or processing fee charged by the third-party screening provider is paid directly by the applicant to that provider. The landlord does not collect or retain the third-party screening fee. If information contained in a consumer report results in an adverse rental decision, any notices required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act will be provided by mail. SHOWINGS AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION For the security of the residents and property, identity verification is required for in-person showings and is applied consistently to prospective renters.
