We are a mix of guys and girls in the house (ages 24-36). Everyone has their own schedule and there's a lot of space so it will feel like you have the house to yourself most of the time. 6 month + lease preferred. The room is a much lighter color and was painted recently. Deposit: $500 Rent: $1200 Utilities: We split the bill 5 ways, billed every 2 months. Usually about $100 a month depending on the season. Cleaning: We each pay $60 a month for the cleaners. They deep clean the entire house, including your room.
