The quiet neighborhood, spacious floorplans, large eat-in kitchens and private covered balconies will make you feel right at home. Our remodeled apartments have hardwood floors, ample closet space and neutral paint colors that bring everything together.
Our leasing office is located at 5700 Pleasant Ridge Rd. Please contact us if you are interested in completing an application. The application fee is $50 per/adult. We require six months on your current job, a credit score of 600 or higher, and a combined monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. In order to apply, you will need your photo ID, social security card, and most recent paystub along with a completed application for each adult.
Pet Fee of $150.00 per pet, monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
