Equipped with security system for use by tenant if desired (~$40/mo through SimpliSafe), as well as a whole home water filtration system if tenant desires to utilize (maintenance/fees incurred to be paid by tenant for security system/water filtration). Pets to be considered (pet deposit and pet rent required). No fees for parking; garage, driveway, and street parking available. All tenants over the age of 18 must submit an application. Background and credit checks required for all applicants with no prior evictions (non negotiable). 1 months rent deposit required. No smoking property. Renters insurance required for all applicants. Applications to occur through Zillow (including background and credit checks). After application and/or reaching out prior to applying, there will be a quick pre screening call to talk about the property/questions you may have/questions the property owner may have, followed by setting up a time to see the property.
