Parking: - Due to limited space, studios and one-bedroom units are restricted to one parking space. Two-bedroom units are allowed up to two - Guest parking is available on 1st Avenue Pets: - All cats must be approved by our office in writing before they are brought onto the premises - Residents must sign a Pet Addendum and pay all applicable fees and deposits before bringing a cat home - There is a $400 refundable deposit per pet and a $200 non-refundable fee per pet - Service animals, as defined by law, are allowed - Guests of residents are not permitted to bring pets onto the premises Utilities: - The maximum occupancy is three for one-bedroom units and five for two-bedroom units Application Requirements: - Two forms of ID - Eight weeks of pay stubs - $35 application fee per adult Additional Information: - Electricity is metered through Puget Sound Energy - Internet/cable hookup is available. It is the tenant's responsibility to set up - Unit transfers are not allowed
