This fully furnished 1 bedroom rental is available August 1st thru Feb 5, 2027. Shorter term stay is ok.… Come, relax at the cottage with a screened in lanai.! "West of the Trail" (rte41) Light and Bright, Old Florida Charm. Just 1.7 miles to Nokomis Beach Park and Inlet. Boat launch nearby where you can also bring your kayaks and fishing poles.. Grocery and fun shopping close by, as well as many wonderful, local restaurants Central also to quick run to Sarasota.. with all of its shows and fine dining and Quaint downtown Venice for craft fairs and farmers markets! This is the cottage! Next to/behind the main house...separate entrances and parking spaces. Each has its own grill area, the cottage has a screened lanai in back and a full, more private side yard.
