Both front and back units have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and large living rooms. Both units also have a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed with a full and twin sized bed. The front unit has 2 en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom and the back unit has a shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. There is parking designated for 4 cars total, 2 in the tandem carport of the front unit and 2 in the garage of the back unit with direct access to the front unit. There is also a laundry room shared between both units complete with a washer and dryer. This beach house is in prime location on Balboa Island. Go for a walk around the island and stroll along historic Marine Avenue. Indulge in one of Balboa Island's famous frozen banana or a Balboa Bar. Explore the area via the ferry to visit the Balboa Village on the Peninsula and take in the views of the Balboa Pier. You can also book the front or back unit separately, if you have a smaller group.
