CONDUCT & SAFETY: Privacy: Entry into other residents' private rooms is strictly prohibited. Confrontations: Tenant shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the home by others. Threatening behavior, physical or verbal confrontations, or actions that put other household members at risk will not be tolerated. 8. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE (7-DAY NOTICE): Per Delaware Code Title 25 5513, the Landlord may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice if the Tenant violates a material rule of this lease. This includes, but is not limited to: Theft: Any proven theft of Landlord's or other tenants' property. Safety Risks: Engaging in confrontations or behavior that puts the safety of the household at risk. Misuse of Home: Unauthorized modifications or gross misuse of household equipment. If the breach causes or threatens to cause irreparable harm, the Landlord may seek immediate eviction. 9.
