Building amenities include laundry facilities, a gym, office space, and a community room. Ample street parking is available, and indoor garage parking may be available after an approximately two-month wait.
The location is ideal for a nearby undergraduate or graduate student, visiting faculty member, or working professional.
The Shoreline is within walking distance of Metro-North, New Rochelle's bus depot serving Westchester, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, parks, and a movie theater. Glen Island Beach is just down the road. The Bee-Line bus stops directly in front of the building and provides service to the Metro-North station, where taxis are also readily available.
