Fully furnished apartment on the first floor of our two story home with separate entrance. This used to be a Airbnb but we would like to now rent it longer term. If you would like to bring your own furniture, you are welcome to and we can clear it out. We are looking for long term but flexible on duration if you need just a couple months or to go month to month. We live on the top floor (a couple with an 11 year old and our two dogs) and you have the 1st floor private apartment to yourself with separate entrance, parking space, you have a stone patio to yourself and the side of house near your apartment is an outdoor hang out space with chairs, fire pit, and tiki torches. We also just built a walking/biking trail through the woods surrounding the house you can use as well. Apartment is large with lots of windows and has all new furniture and fully stock kitchen equipment. WiFi is strong and works outside. Just 8 minute car ride from downtown New Paltz, 5 minutes to uptown or to SUNY WiFi is strong and works outside. Detached garage if you need to store a bike . Lots of outdoor space. We also have a pool you are free to use.
