Utility costs will help us recoup higher than usual electric, gas, and water/sewer charges this season. Tenants pay for drinking water 5 gallon bottles can be delivered upon request. Tenants need to abide by quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am and bring garbage and recycling cans to and from street for Friday pickup weekly. No parties or large gatherings. Maximum # of guests 6. Small gatherings are ok if less than 15 people subject to quiet hours.

Irish Channel beautifully furnished and remodeled medium-term rental available from August 15th 2026 - September 30th 2026.… Other future dates are negotiable but not to include October 2026, January - April 2027. Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras are not available. 4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms plus home office. Updated kitchen, grill next to pool, close neighbors so quiet hours are in effect. No smoking or vaping on premises. Dogs are negotiable based on breed, age, size, behavior, etc. We love cats but cannot have them due to allergies. Property has in ground, unheated pool that is not childproofed, so small children aren't a good fit for this property.
