Embark on a new journey with our leasing options, offering a minimum 8 month lease and a maximum 24-month lease, complete with a $15 discount on lease payments for 24-month leases. Deposits are thoughtfully designed to account for potential utility increases, with the extra amount refunded after the first six months, provided utility usage remains stable, and after 12 months for 24-month leases. If significant increases occur, refunds will be voided, and the difference in utility increases will be split. Month-to-month rentals are available at $975 per month with a $1,075 deposit for no pets, and $1,000 per month with a $1,325 deposit for pets. Please note that the deposit does not cover the last month's rent and will be returned less any damages. Smoking is only permitted outside, and tenants are responsible for any injuries or damages caused during their tenancy, and have the option to obtain their own renters insurance policy. We may consider leasing to couples or parent with small child at a higher rate, to be negotiated prior to the application process.
