Over 16-foot-high ceilings Tall windows in every room with great natural light Washer/dryer Fully furnished with queen sized bed with new mattress, and couch that converts into a queen-sized sleeper with memory foam mattress Bedroom and an office with desk and chair Central heat and AC with ceiling fans in every room Claw-foot bathtub with shower head Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher Terrace with table and chairs Shared backyard Quiet and friendly neighbors, all professionals. Closet space (which is not so common in NOLA!) Hard wood floors with carpeted office and bedroom Great natural light (also not so common in NOLA) The neighborhood: Two blocks from a charming cafe Walking distance or a brief trolley ride away from City Park and the Museum of Modern Art Whole Foods Market is close by and it is walking distance to a Winn Dixie and Rouse's Various restaurants in walking distance Walking distance to Bayou St. John Walking distance to both the Lafitte Greenway and Jefferson Davis Bike trails which take you east/west, and north/south Equidistant from Downtown/The Marigny/French Quarter and also Uptown/Garden District A block away from the Canal Street Trolley to French Quarter/Downtown area
