The space LOCATION: This home is located in the Bywater neighborhood in a private, hidden tree lined street on a deadend. Some favorite famous spots that are within walking distance in the Claude Corridor are Bacchanal, Music Box Village, The Joint, BJ's Lounge, and Vaughan's Lounge. Other notable spots in the Bywater are Nagomi, Rosalita's, Petit Clouet Cafe, Capulet, Bywater American Bistro, The Country Club, and Crescent Park. This is the back unit, which has its own private entrance and is detached and separate from the main house. The owner lives in the main house in front. Guest access This is a very walking friendly neighborhood! There are many bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. You can even walk to Frenchmen street in 20 mins and the French quarter (add another 10 minutes) or get around by Lyft or Uber. Only a 5 minute drive to the French quarter and bourbon street. Notes: Utilities (Internet, Water, and Electric) are a flat fee of $250 per month Extra Pet rental (due to additional cleaning a month): $100/month Pet Deposit: $300 Security Deposit: $500 Both deposits fully refundable Example: The house with utilities will be a flat fee of $1,500 per month.
