If you are allergic then it might be a problem. Tenant agrees to keep yard, patio and apt free of debris and filth. Trash is taken to the curb on Sunday for pick up Monday morning and Wed. for Thurdsay. Recyables is taken out on Monday night for Tues morning pick up. Tenant agrees to take trash can out to the curb regurlarly and back into the back yard when they are empty.
