We have a bulk cable & internet package in the building so our residents get a discounted rate of $60 per month for BOTH high speed wireless internet and basic cable services through Charter Spectrum. This building is pet-friendly with an on-site fenced area for off-lease playtime, although some restrictions do apply. Yale Park next door is also pet-friendly. We have a two-pet maximum for each apartment and we charge $25 per pet, per month in pet rent fees in addition to one-time Nonrefundable Fees. The security deposit for this apartment is equal to one month's rent or as stipulated.
