Sublet period: June 1 for One to Three Months My home is a lovely 3BR/2BA nestled next to a creek 2 miles outside of Nevada City. My landlords live on the property, across the creek. It's quiet and spacious. There are 2 soaking tubs in the home and an outdoor tub as well. There's a wood burning fireplace (with the world's comfiest beanbag in front of it) and central heating. One of the "bedrooms" is currently an office with a desk and daybed in it. The other "bedroom" is currently a yoga/meditation room, and there is a full-size tri-fold mattress and bedframe for use. The kitchen has a gas stove and an enormous island that's great for food prep and entertaining. THIS IS A SUBLET FOR ONE - THREE MONTHS Other misc features: Amazing hiking trails right from the property. Waterfall in pic is a 3 mins walk. Chickens and eggs! Plus 2 goats. Sonos sound system throughout the home Super comfy Queen bed in Main Bedroom Skylights in every room Tall ceilings in Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Area. Option to come early for December 22 January 1. 50 minutes to Sugar Bowl, 75 minutes to Palisades 2.5 hours to the Bay Area EV charging available with a Level 2 home charger and J1772 (non-tesla) port Rent is $3000/mo plus utilities: Apx $100/mo for propane. $100 internet (30meg down, 10 meg up. Fast enough for Zoom video calls). THIS IS A SUBLET FOR ONE - THREE MONTHS Pets: sure, well-behaved ones. There are three other dogs on the property that would have to be introduced to any potential dogs and approve them. :) All subletters must be approved by my landlords. Total move-in cost is first month's rent ($3000) plus utilities deposit ($1000 if total utilities are less, you will get a refund) plus a deposit of $1500 (to be returned within fifteen days of the end of the sublet period). So $3000 + $1000 +$1500 = $5500 move-in cost.
