Studio Rental Available in Nevada City, CA We are excited to offer a 600 square foot beautiful studio for rent in the lower level of our home. Details about the studio: Located one block off of downtown Nevada City, so you are right in the heart of things. Rent: $1200 per month all inclusive, which includes all utilities: water, sewer, gas, electric, garbage. Wifi access included as courtesy. $1,200 Security Deposit. Earliest availability June 10th. Move in date is a little flexible. Month to month lease, so no long term commitment required. House has single central forced air including AC, due to efficient design systems are running most of the time to maintain consistent comfort in the home. Has a very unique and special rock shower (floor to ceiling granite boulders). No bathtub. There is a wire line on which you can section off the shower. The seamless floor transition to the shower allows for the boulders to be exposed as a beautiful backdrop for the studio when the shower is not in use. Small bathroom with custom VG doug fir cabinets, concrete counters with sink and separate toilet room. Kitchenette (separate room) includes sink, fridge, and electric (induction) stovetop. Concrete counters and custom wood cabinets. Obscure lite french doors that can close off the kitchen/entry area from the rest of the studio, giving you a nice sense of separation. Has a mostly private outdoor space that we think you will enjoy. Has quite a bit of closet space, including one walk in closet. Street parking only. Parking is usually not a problem unless there is an event happening downtown. No washer/dryer. 600 square feet. Please note that the photos are older and were taken when the walls were yellow. The studio will now be painted white and we think it is going to look really lovely. What we are looking for in a tenant: We are a quiet couple and we keep a peaceful home without parties or a lot of noise. We genuinely care about creating a comfortable living situation for everyone, and we are looking for a tenant who fits that same energy. Financially stable, emotionally mature, and responsible. Relatively quiet, as there is some noise transfer between the upstairs and downstairs. Non smoker/drug user. No smoking of any kind on the property. No pets. (Open to a small dog who wears a no bark collar). We want to be upfront that you can hear footsteps and when we run the washer/dryer/dishwasher. There isn't much we can do to mitigate this kind of noise, so we want to make sure you are comfortable with that before applying. If you feel like you are a good fit, we would love to hear from you!
