I am willing to make improvements within reason to assure you have a very comfortable and cozy stay. The place is located in a very central and quiet neighborhood in National City Ca. 91950 (San Diego). I am looking for reliable, responsible and respectful tenants. This home provides a relaxing place to unwind after long shifts with all essential utilities included with the monthly rent amount. This is not a party house, please enjoy San Diego and have fun but leave the party outside of the home. I value a peaceful environment very much. No need to walk on egg shells just be mindful of the noise level.
