No smoking in the home at anytime, no heavy drinking or intoxicating of any type and or criminal activity will be tolerated. Safety for everyone is my priority. One car per tenant allowed to park in the driveway all and any guest must park on the street. No pets allowed. No overnight guest please. Renter is responsible for maintaining a clean and livable environment by cleaning after themselves when using common areas and help take out the trash as needed.
