(no need to walk on egg shells I like to have fun too just be mindful of noise level) -Full kitchen access -Spacious common living areas. -Laundry room available inside of the home. -Private backyard with private entry for that section of the house. -Flexible lease terms to match travel contracts. -Safe residential neighborhood. -Easy 1 car per renter parking in driveway. -Convenient Hospital access for work. -Shared bathroom with only one other person. I have my own bathroom. - Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, 2 Gyms, Coffee shop, multiple Restaurants, Banks, Golf club, Shopping mall, 4 Gas stations, Car wash, Nail Salon, Fast food, etc. - Home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in National City, quiet residential area about 4 streets away from 2 main streets but it feels miles away from all the rush. -No overnight guest allowed -No pets. *No smoking inside of the home. No heavy drinking or intoxication of any kind and/or substance abuse. No criminal activities will be tolerated. Safety for everyone is my number one priority.
