Lease terms

Monthly rent is $1,775. A security deposit and completed rental application are required. The home is offered fully furnished and is intended for a longer-term tenant, with a minimum lease term to be agreed upon before move-in. The tenant is responsible for 60% of the home's utilities. A $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee and a $35 application and background screening fee apply. Rent is due on the first day of each month. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Parking is available on the property. The tenant is expected to keep the home clean, promptly report any maintenance concerns, and care for the furnishings and property. The owner remains responsible for necessary repairs and routine property maintenance unless damage is caused by the tenant or the tenant's guests. Lease extensions may be considered by mutual agreement. All applicants are subject to screening, income verification, references, and signing a written lease before occupancy. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. We ask that pets be house-trained, supervised, and that owners clean up after them in the yard and home to help keep the home in excellent condition.
