HOA: The unit is located within a managed condominium community. All HOA rules and regulations apply to guests and must be followed at all times. HOA Application Fee: $150 per adult occupant (subject to change per Association). Processing time: approximately 30 days. No check-in shall occur prior to HOA approval.
