Estamos buscando inquilinos que mantengan la propiedad en buen estado y cumplan con los terminos del contrato de arrendamiento. REQUISITOS: Empleo estable (se prefiere historial laboral estable) Ingreso familiar combinado verificable de al menos tres (3) veces el monto de la renta mensual Historial financiero y de credito sera evaluado Historial de pagos de renta puntuales Historial de desalojos previos o pendientes podra ser considerado durante el proceso de evaluacion Antecedentes criminales previos o pendientes podran ser evaluados conforme a la seguridad de la propiedad y la comunidad, segun lo permitido por ley Respeto por la propiedad, el propietario y los vecinos La ocupacion debe cumplir con los limites permitidos por ley y el contrato de arrendamiento No se permite subarrendar la unidad sin autorizacion previa por escrito del propietario renta $1,500 mas los servicios publicos, el requisito de ingreso combinado de tres veces la renta ayuda a asegurar que los inquilinos puedan cubrir comodamente la renta junto con los servicios de electricidad, gas y agua. REQUIREMENTS: Stable employment (stable work history preferred) Verifiable combined household income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent Financial and credit history will be evaluated History of on-time rent payments Previous or pending evictions may be considered during the evaluation process Previous or pending criminal background may be evaluated in relation to the safety of the property and community, as permitted by law Respect for the property, landlord, and neighbors Occupancy must comply with legal limits and the lease agreement Subletting is not permitted without prior written authorization from the landlord rent is $1,500 plus utilities, the combined income requirement of 3x the rent helps ensure that tenants can comfortably afford the rent along with electric, gas, and water expenses. This helps promote financial stability and lease compliance for both parties.
