This ground-floor retreat overlooks the golf course and surrounding greenery from every window, creating a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. With no stairs and easy access, it's a comfortable and convenient escape for any type of stay.
When you walk in, the kitchen is to your left. It's fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and pantry basics. The washer and dryer are nearby for your convenience, and a starter supply of coffee, paper goods, and laundry pods is provided to help you settle in with ease.
The living area feels warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The queen pull-out sofa adds extra sleeping space for guests. Board games and books are available for cozy evenings in.
Each bedroom has been designed with your comfort in mind. Both include luxury linens, extra blankets, and Smart TVs. The master suite features a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, and extra sheets for the pull-out sofa can be found there. The second bedroom is where you'll find the pickleball gear for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Step outside to the private patio and take in the golf course views. Beach supplies are also available, including four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach mat, an umbrella with anchor, and beach towels. Please be sure to brush off any sand before bringing items back inside.
