I have 1 room to rent in my home (Murrieta, Ca) and it's a quiet area with plenty of street parking. If you have a car, there is a open garage. Old town, as well as the Temecula wineries, are a ten minute drive if you like to go out to eat or for drinks and leisure. The room is fully furnished, this includes a brand-new mattress and adjustable bed frame. There is also a huge closet so you wouldn't need a dresser either, however there is room for one if desired. Wifi is included with the rent price other utilies not included. Security deposit is $500. The rent for this room is $700 a month, the utilities are normally no more than a hundred per month. You will have access to the common areas including the backyard, living room, kitchen and the bathroom would be yours as well since there is only one of us here. There is also a community pool, hot tub and bbq area that is great for fun and entertaining!
