Minimum stay is 90 days (shorter stays possible at a higher rate). Designed strictly for one tenant with no exceptions.

Beautifully furnished, professionally decorated, in-law basement suite (approx. 750 sq ft) located in a quiet, safe, HOA-governed community. This comfortable and private space includes a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a private bathroom (shower only, no bathtub). You'll also have your own dedicated living room to relax in.
The well-equipped kitchenette features a coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, hot plate, crock pot, air fryer, sink, and a compact refrigerator. For added convenience, a full-size refrigerator is available for your use in the garage/patio area. The homeowner also welcomes the use of the main kitchen.
Additional amenities include shared entry access and shared use of the washer and dryer on the main level of the home. The suite is bright and inviting, with large egress windows that bring in abundant natural light while providing an extra layer of safety.
The homeowner resides on the property with two small dogs the maximum allowed by the HOA so, unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate travelers with pets. While the dogs do not have access to the rental space and remain upstairs, they may give you a friendly greeting as you come and go. A fondness for dogs is definitely a plus!
Located just minutes from four world-class ski resorts and scenic hiking trails, this home sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Enjoy a private, fenced courtyard complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill perfect for relaxing outdoors.
