This neighborhood is amazingly quiet and there will be zero tolerance for barking dogs. * Electricity, propane and internet/cable are renters' responsibility. The propane starts full for $2000 deposit, and will be paid with 1st month's rent. If more than $2000 of propane is used, it will have to be paid by the end of the lease, or will be deducted from the deposit. You will be credited for any amount of propane used if you use less than $2000, at the end of the lease. * Absolutely no smoking indoors.
