Welcome to Charleston in our stylish yet family-friendly escape less than 10 minutes from Downtown.
This Lowcountry property is centrally located on a 1/2 acre in the desirable Remley's Point of Mt. Pleasant. Please note, this home has a minimum stay of 30 days. It is steps and a short bike ride away from the Remley's Point Marina, which allows you to enjoy views of Charleston, Daniel Island & The USS Yorktown at Patriot's Point. Lunch and dinner in the I'on Neighborhood (The Shelmore, Saint Urban's), order some fresh seafood (Grace & Grit), and take in all the beautiful sight-seeing of the marsh access community docks. All within steps, you will be able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Charleston Harbor (3 blocks away), relish in relaxing dinners near the Waterfront at some of the locals' favorite restaurants, and marvel at the Lowcountry's beauty via the Ravenel Pedestrian Bridge. Sullivan's Island, Pitt Street Bridge and Isle of Palms beaches are only a short ride away and great ways to enjoy exercise year-round.
One of the loved features of the home is the wrap-around porches that overlook the lush greenery and pool area, hot tub, fire pit, children's sand pit and large backyard for sports and backyard games. The outdoor living space includes a custom outdoor dining table (seats 10-12), an outdoor living room with couches and chairs to watch your favorite game or movie and a bedswing for all the reading. This home also features secure garage parking for one large or 2 smaller vehicles with an additional covered parking space for another vehicle or golf cart. The driveway allows for additional off street parking. The home is equipped with video security surveillance and a keyless entry system.
The living space is an open concept allowing for a family to maximize their time together. The kitchen boasts a top of the line Subzero fridge and all-freezer to amply supply for the gourmet cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment. The coffee bar/ pantry is the place to start your day with a hot latte and the morning paper.
Guests will have access to all four bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor with a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. One of the upstairs bedrooms has two twin beds and a queen, and two additional bedrooms have queen and full beds. The main floor has a separate library/art & crafts area and home office space, and a play space with all the child amenities and toys. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs that are situated between bedroom spaces. Just bring your clothes and favorite items to quickly settle in and enjoy coastal living.
Guests will have access to beach gear and outdoor furniture. There is a 6 person golf cart that will be stored on site. Guests will not have access to the golf cart unless additional rental fees, liability waivers, and insurance are agreed upon.
We will not be living on-site during this time.
