We do have to keep up on the business side if you will, but we consider our tenants as our neighbors. If you have any needs, we just live a few miles down the road. Brown County has always been our home and we want to enjoy sharing a piece of it with the right family. If you are interested in the home, make sure that you earn at least 3 times the rent per month.
