Guests may log in with their own streaming accounts. Early Check-In / Late Checkout (Optional, Based on Availability) Early Check-In: $75 per hour (up to 2 hours early) Late Checkout: $75 per hour (up to 2 hours late) Extensions beyond 2 hours may be charged at a half-day rate, and stays beyond 45 hours may be charged as an additional night. Requests must be made in advance so we can coordinate cleaning and ensure the home is ready for your stay. Hygiene & Cleanliness The house is cleaned and sanitized after every stay. Fresh towels and linens are always provided. Registered Guests Only For safety, privacy, and comfort, only individuals listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered guests are permitted at any time. House Guidelines Quiet Hours: 11 PM 8 AM Pets and children must be supervised at all times. $60/pet for short-term stays The backyard shed is locked and not accessible. Oil spills in the garage, driveway, or cement areas will result in a cleaning fee. Guest Access Guests will have full access to: Living room Kitchen (appliances, cookware, and dining area) Laundry room with washer and dryer Bedrooms and bathrooms included in the reservation Backyard (except for the locked shed) Garage (available for parking or storage; any oil spills or damage will result in a cleaning fee) Parking & Entertainment Driveway and street parking are available. Oil spills in the driveway or cement areas will result in a cleaning fee. TVs are provided. Guests may log in with their own streaming service credentials. Pest Control Notice Our home receives regular quarterly service from HomeShield Pest Control to keep everything fresh, clean, and comfortable. All products used are safe for children and pets. If you notice anything during your stay, please send us a message we're happy to arrange a complimentary re-service if needed, so your stay remains enjoyable. Screening Portal We require guests who stay 28+ days to complete our secure screening process through Autohost for identity verification and fraud protection before the reservation is finalized. This quick process takes about 3 minutes and requires a government-issued ID and a security deposit. A temporary security hold will be placed as part of verification and is automatically released after checkout, in accordance with standard processing times and provided that are no incidentals.
