Montoya is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs (breed and weight restrictions apply), so your four-legged companions can feel right at home. Beyond the comfort of your apartment, you'll enjoy a convenient location just minutes from I-95, providing easy access to shopping, parks, entertainment, and public transportation. You'll also be within a short drive of New Haven's vibrant dining and cultural scene, as well as some of Connecticut's most beautiful beaches.
