Security deposit: We require a security deposit equal to first full month's rent with good credit. The person(s) applying for the property MUST occupy the house. We do not allow co-signers. No sub-leasing is allowed. NO SMOKING! Utilities: Renter is responsible for water and electric. Those utilities must remain on throughout the lease term. Pets: DOGS ONLY are allowed and there is a non-refundable fee of $200/dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, up 25 pounds each. Cleaning fee: Home requires a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. The home is cleaned before you move in and after your lease ends.
