Near the new Stanislaus County courthouse in downtown Modesto, we have a vacancy at a small one bedroom apartment in a four-unit building. Though small, this apartment has plenty of storage in the kitchen, and the bedroom has a small walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space. The vintage-style kitchen includes a full-sized fridge and gas range, plus plenty of cabinets. There are two room ACs, one for the bedroom and another for the living room. An efficient gas heater in the converted fireplace heats the whole space. The kitchen has granite counters and sturdy tile floors. There are new plank floors in the living room, and new carpeting in the bedroom. There's a small backyard behind the kitchen and a larger yard on the side of the building. Note: Viewings are provided only for prospective residents with credit scores above 625 and verifiable household income above 2.5 times the rent.
