Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, gas and electricity. Renters insurance will be required within 30 days of lease signing. No smoking of any kind inside the unit: vape, e-cigs, marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, etc. Single occupancy only. No pets. Street parking is available. There is 1 parking spot in the alley for tenant.
