This is a clean, bright home in a very safe neighborhood, located on a cul-de-sac, close to grocery stores and shopping, with the following: large kitchen and dining area, vaulted ceilings, large windows with a beautiful view, hard wood floors, gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. There are front and back covered porches, a fenced backyard, fenced garden area, and a large, attached garage of which the tenant is allowed half the space. Washer and dryer are available to tenant in the basement. There are bus stops nearby, as well as Playfair Park, and the public schools: Lewis & Clark Elementary, Washington Middle School, and Sentinel High School, all in close proximity. The basement of the house is not part of the rental space, except for access to the washer and dryer until one is installed upstairs. The owners do not live on the property but visit Missoula intermittently so are in the unrented space (separate entrance) approximately 3 weeks a year. Half of the garage is included with the rental. When the owners are in town (and we will always let you know) the garage is a shared space. The lease runs until June 30th, 2027, then it will turn into a one-year lease beginning July 1, 2027 if it is renewed. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use allowed on the property. Tenant pays all utilities, including garbage services, and mows lawn. An electric mower is provided. Each dog is $50/month more.
