This is much more than a room rental. You'll have access to a spacious lower-level suite-style living area shared with only one other tenant. The downstairs space features its own private entrance, private walkway, private driveway, kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bonus room, creating a comfortable and independent living environment.
Many of my tenants have stayed for years. The shortest tenancy has been approximately three years, while the longest stayed seven years. Past tenants have included a University of Montana assistant basketball coach, a physician, a professor, a real estate professional, and a construction company owner. People tend to stay because the property is quiet, private, safe, and the neighbors are wonderful.

THE PROPERTY
This spacious home offers a peaceful, low-occupancy environment. I live quietly upstairs in my own separate living space with my own entrance, kitchen, and living area. Downstairs is reserved for only two tenants.
The property sits on acreage with room for outdoor gear and recreational equipment. Depending on availability, space may be available for boats, campers, RVs, canoes, paddleboards, motorcycles, wave runners, and other outdoor equipment.
Garage storage is available for approved items, and winter garage parking may also be available.

I'm a volunteer paralegal who works from home and spends much of my time writing, researching, reading, and working on creative projects.
