Private (FEMALE) bedroom in Mission Viejo - gated community, Lake Mission Viejo access We're offering a bright private bedroom in a secure, gated community in Mission Viejo, just half a mile from Lake Mission Viejo. You also get lake access, you just pay $10 to the lake office for the card. The room includes a closet and a sliding door opening onto the patio. The bathroom is just across the hall and will be yours, only shared when we have guests. You'll have parking right in front of the house and access to the community swimming pool. Utilities are included! The whole house is freshly painted and the flooring is all about to be freshly redone. We just moved in and are still furnishing everything! You'll be living with two women and our friendly cat (so cat allergies wouldn't be a good fit). We share the kitchen and common areas, but we're seeking someone w ho doesn't work from home, as we both do. We ask for a clean, responsible female roommate who keeps shared spaces tidy.
