Rental Terms * Minimum lease term of 12 months, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement. * Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month and must be received no later than the 5th. A $50 per day late fee will be assessed beginning after the 5th if rent has not been paid. * One small dog (30 pounds or less) is permitted with landlord approval. A $50 monthly pet fee applies.
