I am a young-professional male working from home in the downstairs two bedrooms and I am seeking a roommate at a similar stage in life.
About the space: This property is within minutes from I-15, I-215, ski bus routes, Winco, and Rio Tinto Stadium. Just 15 minutes from downtown by freeway as well! Kitchen and upstairs dining/common area are shared as well as the laundry in the basement. Driveway parking with additional long driveway parking in the backyard if needed. All utilities shared, approximately $130/mo each.
About me: I am a 28 year old male working in Finance fully remote and enjoy everything Utah has to offer including rock climbing, skiing, hiking, backpacking, camping, etc. I grew up near Midvale as well and know the area very well.
