Lease terms

Lease term is a minimum of 12 months. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with two street parking spaces and two on-site parking spaces available. Pets are welcome with approval: up to two dogs (one large and one small). Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and current on vaccinations. A pet deposit applies. Tenants are responsible for cable, and internet. Tenants are responsible for keeping the front yard clean and maintained, including keeping it free of trash, debris, and clutter. Tenants are expected to take good care of the home, promptly report maintenance concerns, and comply with all local laws and community standards. No subleasing or short-term rentals (including Airbnb or similar platforms) are allowed. Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease. Applicants will undergo background, credit, rental history, and income verification. Household income should be at least 2.5 3x the monthly rent. Security deposit required. First month's rent and deposit due prior to move-in.
