No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises, including dogs and cats, except as required by applicable law for assistance animals. 2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the rental unit. 3. Occupancy Limit: The unit may only be occupied by the person(s) listed on the rental agreement. No additional occupants may move in without the landlord's prior written approval. 4. No Subleasing: The tenant may not sublease the unit, rent it to another person, or offer it through Airbnb or any other short-term rental platform. 5. No Parties or Excessive Noise: Parties, large gatherings, loud music, and excessive noise that may disturb neighbors are prohibited. 6. No Illegal Activity: Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises. 7. No Unauthorized Alterations: The tenant may not paint, drill holes, install fixtures, change locks, or make alterations to the property without the landlord's prior written permission. 8. Parking: Only authorized tenant vehicles may use the designated parking spaces. Inoperable or unregistered vehicles are not permitted. 9.
