HOUSE The house is located in a nice neighborhood 2 main bathrooms Central AC throughout house High speed wireless internet service Leather Recliner… couches and flat screen TV in the living room You get use of the washer and dryer You get full use of the kitchen fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/silverware/all appliances Filtered water is at refrigerator in the kitchen You get your own shelf(s) in the refrigerator and freezer, and a cabinet(s) for dry-goods We like to keep the main house area clean. Its very important to not leave any no mess or dirty dishes in sink! I provide a cleaning service for the main areas of the house once a week (not bedrooms) There is parking for bikes/motorcycles/scooters behind the house for house members who don't have a car. We are also 4min walking distance to a bus stop THE BACKYARD There is a very large covered terrace/hangout area with lighting, couches, coffee table, ceiling fan Weber gas grill Crossfit kipping style chin-up bar THE ROOM Private room with ceiling fan, tile floor, and window There is a lock on your room door and you get the key, although there is no need to lock your door at the house. The room is generally furnished with a bed, desk, chair and dresser. But items can be removed or added as desired. Typically tenant will bring his/her own bed sheets/blanks. Room decor featured in photo is optional and tenant will usually redecorate as desired. THE LOCATION The house is located close to 102nd ave and Sw 24th st (coral way). We are walking or biking distance to FIU (south) university, 1 mile to Publix grocery store, 1 mile to a gym, and 1 mile to a large strip mall/shopping center with most everything you could need. We are 4 min walk to a bus stop also. A soccer/football field and tennis court is 1 mile away. So this is great for college students with no car. Im about 30min to 1 hr drive from downtown or southbeach depending on traffic. This wont be a great location for you if you have to make frequent trips downtown or southbeach in rushhour traffic. IDEAL PERSON We are looking for someone who is friendly and fun, but also respectful of people, and responsible. You must be clean in the common areas (clean kitchen/wash dishes after using it). Any dishes left dirty in the sink may get thrown away. Alcohol is no problem and cigarette smoking is fine outside under the terrace. No practing music or playing loud music. No parties. ABOUT US We are single young working professionals in late 20s to mid 30's are range. Everyone is fun, cool, and friendly here. We are all respectful of each other's space and possessions. We are all on a different schedule, so you almost never have to wait to use a bathroom or the kitchen. It is almost always quiet during the day and the evenings. On the weekends, we may be hanging out in the terrace or go downtown or the beach. RENT: Rent includes power, water, High speed internet, toilet paper, disposable kitchen items (soap, trash bags, etc), propane for the grill, all house repairs/maintenance/yard service, and cleaning service through the main house area and bathrooms twice per week. Rent month to month. I only need a 15 day notice if you need to move. Total price to move in = 1 months rent + deposit. Paying last months rent up front isn't required. $30 non-refundable background and credit check required. No cats, dogs, or birds. Other small pets are Ok (rabbit, hamster, turtle, etc).
