There are to be no dishes left in the sink at any time. ____2. Garage area is accessible for fridge access. Garage storage can be arranged for a monthly fee in addition to rent; otherwise, no items are to be stored in garage. ____3. Rooms are to be kept reasonably clean: free of food, excessive clutter, trash, dirty dishes etc. We don't have bugs and don't want them. Foul odors will not be tolerated. ____4. There are to be no open flames, no fireplace usage and no candles. ____5. If you stay up late or come in late please be courteous to others ie. No slamming doors, loud talking, loud volume on electronic devices etc. Use headphones if its late. ____6. Trash & recycling go out EVERY Monday AND Thursday (Trash only) morning BEFORE 7AM, or the night before. It is everyone's responsibility to make sure the trash cans are out on time. ____7. Any firearms being brought into the house must be disclosed to and discussed with the property owner. ____8. Having guests over is not allowed (so as not to be disruptive to other tenants). NO overnight guests. No pets allowed. ____9. No drugs, theft, violence, or illegal activity is aloud on the premises. No smoking cigarettes or cigars on property period. Vaping is allowed if done outside, and fumes kept outside. ____10. Common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room) must be kept clean and organized. The residents are 100% responsible for house cleaning. ____11. Washer and dryer are to be used from 7am-11pm only ____12. NO food items, grease, or solids go in the sink or any drain. WATER ONLY If you clog a drain, call the plumber and you will be responsible to pay him. _____13. No windows are to be left open while /ac is running or if you leave the house. _____14. Please respect the all bills paid privilege- turn off light switches and fans, devices, etc. when you leave or are not using them. ______15. Be mindful and courteous of others space, time, personal items, and sleep schedules. _______16. Once moved in, please DO NOT call or text the landlord. Send all communications / maintenance requests by email. If a call is needed, we will reach out asap. _______17. No musical instruments are to be played unless they are hooked up to headphones and no one else can hear it.
