This adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, it's location makes it easy for you to get around. You are only: 1 min to Community Beach 1 min to Mentor Marsh (Bald Eagles Home) 3 mins from Headlands Beach Park 15 mins Wineries 25 mins from Penitentiary Glen Reservation 35 mins from Cleveland 40 mins from Geneva on the Lake While this home is equipped to host 8 people, 10+ guests can fit comfortably within this 1500sqft home. Two of the rooms have king size beds while the other two bedrooms have queen mattresses. No drawing straws for beds as the La-Z-boy Queen sleeper sofa in the living room is very comfortable as well! Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom. The master bedroom and one guest room is equipped with a king size mattress while the other bedrooms are stocked with queen sized beds. Feel free to sleep in, each room has black out curtains to keep the rooms dark throughout the day. The home is located so close to the lake, you will always have a breeze. To enjoy the great weather further you can relax outside one the fully furnished patio, roughly 20x20. Furniture include sectional, table/chairs, grill, umbrella, fire pit to roast some marshmallows at night. (Keep in mind fire wood is not provided and must be brought by the guest) Once the sun goes down, the family can enjoy a 50" smart tv that has local channels and a number of streaming apps to log into including Disney +, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and more. (Please bring your own log in info). Or if tv isn't of any interest, push the coffee table aside and bring out the board games or cards stocked for you. Guest will have access to the entire home and surrounding property. Community beach is available to guest just a short walk around the corner. Pets are allowed if leashed. **Please keep in mind the path down to the beach is a grass hill maintained by the city. This is not suitable for people who have trouble with inclines/declines. Mentor Headlands State Park or Fairport Beach are both suited for people with physical disabilities. No access to the detached garage. Street parking is allowed however please follow the city ordinance listed below -Park opposite side on street as fire hydrant -No parking in street between hours of 2am-5am Self check in with keypad Suitable for up to 2 pets Garbage day is on Friday morning, please take outside cans to curb Thursday evening and return once emptied. **Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules: NO SMOKING IN THE HOME AT ALL NO Excessive guests NO Mailing packages to the home NO Partying of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level must be minimal after 10PM. There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you. If we are lucky enough to host your families pet, please ensure they remain off the furniture and if left in the home alone, be left in a crate. All pets must relieve themselves outside and guests are responsible for cleanup. Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else down toilets. A fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs if clogs during your stay.
