The kitchen offers great counter and cabinet space as well as an extra-long bar for seating. Kitchen also features a walk-in pantry with built-in shelving. Washer and dryer connections are in the laundry room on the first floor. The first floor also features a half bathroom. Each floorplan offers a large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a huge walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with garden tubs. Two Bedroom floorplan has separate shower in master bath. Our community includes a playground and a covered picnic area. Have a pet? We allow pets under 35lbs with pet fee and pet rent, breed restrictions do apply. Rental Rates vary depending on different finishes in the unit- flooring, appliances, fixtures etc. Both our 2 and 3 Bedroom floorplans are NOW available for self guided tour 7 days a week!
