Qualifications for potential tenants are as follows: Rent is $2000, plus utilities. Applicants should have an income that is at least three times the rent. Good credit is required, with no bills in collections. Move-in costs include the first and last month's rent, as well as a security deposit. Applicants should have no past evictions and a clean eviction report. Tenants will be responsible for maintaining the property and landscaping around the house. Renter insurance is required. Applicants should have a steady employment history. Positive references from past landlords are required. A security deposit is required. The lease term is for 12 months (1 year). No pets and no smoking are allowed on the property. Portable/reusable screening reports will not be accepted.
