Food left for more than one week may be discarded. Please label any items you wish to keep. * Since all rooms are carpeted, please do not consume colored food or drinks in your room. We kindly ask that you use the dining areas for meals. * Please respect everyone in the home, including the host and other tenants. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. * Please remove your shoes before entering the house. Shoes should be placed on the rack outside or in non-blue mat areas. Indoor slippers may be worn upstairs. * Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house. The property is equipped with smoke detectors thank you for your cooperation. * Camping or setting up tents anywhere on the property is not allowed without explicit permission from the host. * We encourage environmentally friendly practices. Please try to run the washer and dryer only with full loads, rather than for just a few items. * All appliances, furnishings, and decorations are provided for use only. Do not remove any items from the property. Any loss or damage will require compensation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

(This viewing room has a shared bathroom. In addition, there is another room Room 101 with its own private bathroom. That one is priced at $1,580 per month and is shown separately in the images. )
