The kitchen has gray shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, a stainless range with hood vent, and a large island with built-in oven and bar seating. The dining table seats six. The living room has a brick fireplace and wall-mounted TV with sliding glass doors to the rear deck.
A separate sitting room at the front of the house has double-height ceilings, a blue shiplap accent wall, a tiered chandelier, and French doors to the wrap-around porch. The central foyer opens to both rooms with a skylit staircase to the second floor.
Two bedrooms are on the main level, each with a queen bed, hardwood floors, and tree-view windows. A full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and marble-look tile serves both rooms. A half bath is located off the hallway.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceiling, white shiplap accent wall, a linear electric fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. The en suite has a freestanding soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, black marble-look tile floors, quartz vanity, matte black fixtures, and a skylight. A walk-in closet connects to the bath. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling with arched Palladian window, a desk, and its own en suite with marble-look tile.
