As a HOPA-compliant property, at least 80% of our residents are aged 55 or older. A limited number of units are available for individuals under 55. We're currently renovating our common areas, and amenities to enhance the modern, functional, and enjoyable living experience we offer. Our spacious apartments feature modern kitchens, inviting living areas, and private patios, giving you a comfortable space to relax and entertain.
