Split AC in master bedroom only; portable AC units are provided for loft bedroom and downstairs bedroom. 30 day minimum bookings are required. Pets are considered upon request, the yard is fenced. Utilities are paid by owner. Professional property management is included. Guest will pay for hot tub cleaning and cleaning fee in addition to monthly rent. A pet deposit will be required, if pets are approved.

    No smoking on the property at all. Gravel, steep driveway - recommend appropriate vehicle and guests should consider seasonal weather conditions. No hosted gatherings, events or parties on the property. No open fires or flames allowed. Two cars allowed to be parked on the property total. No RVs, campers, or other large utility vehicles allowed. Guests will not store any personal property in the home or on premises. Pets are subject to approval, and with a non refundable deposit Guests will be charged a cleaning fee. Bookings for multiple months will require in-between cleanings after each 30 day period.
