Listed is a furnished room in a nineteenth century farmhouse with an excellent location!… Common spaces are shared, so searching for a quiet, considerate adult housemate who will settle into the household in a positive and cooperative way. The house is 1/2 mile from Mancos town center and walkable or bikeable to Moondog or Famburger - close enough to feel like we're in town, but far enough to feel like we're out in the county. Astounding views in all directions, regular wildlife spotting, and peaceful quiet come with this location. Common spaces include a comfortable living room, a classic farmhouse kitchen, shared bathroom, a studio space, and a large back porch with a big view (plus a garden plot if desired). Dogs are welcome pending a successful meet n greet and at the discretion of existing housemates. The existing housemate is the home's owner. He will strive to be quiet, considerate, and constructive, and to contribute to a positive living environment. A room will be rented to a future third housemate, discretion over who to invite into the house will be a shared decision.
